Fans think the BBC soap may be pushing the boundaries with their latest potential love affair storyline though.
With Mark Fowler looking to make a move on Courtney Mitchell, there was a collected groan of disgust across the nation as they teeter on the edge of a potentially incestuous relationship.

The pair, at the moment, are innocent parties in this foray in to the murky world of sibling love.
They are both unaware that they share Grant Mitchell as their father.

Courtney is fully up to speed on who her dad is but it has yet to be revealed to Mark, and the pair are now getting far closer than they should.

Viewers were appalled as to where this could be heading and were quick to flood Twitter with their concerns.
It is uncertain as to whether they will get any closer than ‘having drinks’ together but there seems to be trouble ahead for the Mitchell family in the coming weeks.
A source told The Mirror: “Secrets are set to come out and it’s a big week for the Mitchells.
“Lives will be left in the balance and with Grant’s return to the square, there will be loads of drama to come.”
