Masood’s nieces arrive uninvited in Walford, EastEnders mishap spotted

Masood's nieces turned up to surprise him...

Masood got an unexpected surprise last night, when his nieces arrived in Walford – albeit without an invitation.

But that wasn’t the only thing they arrived without!

We first saw Habiba and Iqra on Tuesday (19 February), when they arrived at the local underground station for their imminent stay in Albert Square.

Squabbling virtually the whole way down the stairs, their differing personalities were displayed in their dress sense and barbed conversation.

Habiba: dominant, fiery, troublesome and wild. Iqra: sensible, organised, sensitive and more mature.

As Habiba was seen striding through the barriers, Iqra was left searching through her bag looking for her Oyster card which was ‘missing’.

Stop forward naughty culprit Habiba, who had stolen the card as a joke, and waved it at her annoyed sister over the barrier.

As Iqra scolded her sister, Habiba threw the card back – only for it to land on the floor to be lost underneath a box of newspapers.

Deciding to jump the barriers rather than ask a member of staff for help, Iqra took a running jump and launched herself over the doors to make her escape.

Only, hang on, the barriers RIGHT NEXT DOOR were actually open… D’oh!

And we weren’t the only ones to notice the blunder, as one eagle-eyed fan tweeted: “Why did she jump the barrier when the gate was wide open?!!! #EastEnders.”

We couldn’t help but notice that the sisters arrived with quite small backpacks, too… Not very practical for a long stay?

Some fans were adamant they didn’t want Habiba and Iqra to stay at all, blasting them as “annoying”, “irritating” and “embarrassingly bad”.

But others were more forgiving, pleading for viewers to give them a chance and believing them to be the new Roxy and Ronnie Mitchell.

But what did you think?

We’ve been told that there’s more to Habiba and Iqra’s arrival than meets the eye, and Iqra is said to be hiding a big secret.

When they draft Ruby in to help them promote Masood’s restaurant on social media, Iqra is thrown into a panic when Ruby puts a picture of her on social media.

But why doesn’t Iqra want a photo of herself on the web? All will be revealed!
