Doting dad Peter Andre shares gorgeous throwback selfie of him and Junior

It's hard to believe his son's nearly 13 already

Peter Andre has enjoyed a successful career, and probably has more money in the bank than most of us could ever hope for.

But it seems that the one thing he cherishes more than anything else is his kids.

And to prove it, the singer, 44, has shared an adorable selfie that he took of him and his son Junior, now 12, when the oldest of his offspring was just a baby.

Alongside the black and white snap, Peter has written: “An old photo of Junior and I. He’ll be 13 in June. It’s crazy. Nothing but love.”

Needless to say, his fans are absolutely loving it. One commented: “He’s your mini me, he’s soooo like you x.”

Another gushed: “Your beautiful first-born son. As a baby absolutely gorgeous, and as an up and coming [twelve] yr old he is a stunningly handsome young man. Feel proud, Pete xx.”

And a third added: “Gorgeous – hope he follows in his dad’s footsteps, cause I’m sure my kids will be massive fans.”

Peter has four kids in all – Junior, 12, and Princess, 10, from his ex-wife Katie Price, and then Amelia, three, and Theodore, one, from his current wife, medical student Emily MacDonagh.

And the Mysterious Girl singer gets loads of plaudits for being a kind and considerate dad.

However, Peter didn’t get quite such good publicity recently after he performed a corporate gig.

It was reported that, on top of his $53,000 (AUD) appearance fee, he’d demanded a rider containing 41 ‘pricey’ items, including chocolate, wine and navy-blue hand towels.

But, speaking to Metro.co.uk, the singer hit back at claims that he’d been greedy, insisting that most of the items had been for his crew.

He said: “When there’s a lot of them and they’re working 12 hours, I like to look after them. The funniest thing is, I don’t drink! [Rider negotiating] is usually done by agents.

“Of all the stuff I ask for, I might use honey and ginger for my throat. I’m the least diva you’ll ever meet in your life!

“They’ll write something like that and make you sound like a bit of a diva, but when you correct it they won’t write about it.”
