Cat Deeley has revealed that, although she wants another baby, doctors have warned her that she is “triple high risk”.
The 40-year-old presenter, who is married to Irish comic Patrick Kielty, already has an 18-month-old son called Milo, but they want another.
Talking to The Mirror, the Brummy star said: “I would love some more. But I have got to get on with it if I do.
“When you go for your check-ups they call you a ‘geriatric mum’. That is the terminology they use, I swear. They say, ‘Ma’am, you are triple high risk’.”
The So You Think You Can Dance host also revealed that, despite loving being a mum, her son has made her very anxious.
She said: “I am awake all night listening out for him.
“I am checking he is breathing. I am depressed I will never sleep again.”
The yummy mummy and Patrick got hitched in Italy in 2012 in a secret ceremony, with it being a revelation to many that they were even an item.
Cat said: “It was quite knock-your-socks off for both of us.”
“There were no more games and it all happened very quickly because we were older and comfortable in our own skin.”
Last October, Patrick surprised his wife with a 40th party.
“My husband surprised me,” revealed Cat to OK! “He threw a surprise party.”
When asked whether she likes surprises, the mum-of-one said: “No hate them, absolutely hate them! They did it at a restaurant down in Malibu at Nobu, which is one of my faves. He flew everybody over from England, my mum, dad, brother, kids, the works.
“So I walked into the restaurant and saw everyone there and in a very melodramatic Scarlett O’Hara type of way, I fell to my knees and cried.”
She then revealed that it was in the coolest location.
“Then we all went and stayed in this house on the beach that my husband had got. It wasn’t until a couple of weeks ago I saw it on Big Little Lies. I was like, I’ve danced in that kitchen inebriated! Oh my lord!”
