Declan Donnelly has shared the joyous news that wife Ali Astall has given birth to their first child.
The couple have welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world today!
Dec shared the momentous occasion with his followers on Twitter.
“Ali and I are thrilled to announce the arrival of our baby girl, Isla Elizabeth Anne, who was born just after 9 o’clock this morning,” he wrote.
“Mother and daughter both doing well, Dad is head over heels! D x”

Aww, what a lovely name!
Dec and Ali recently celebrated their three-year wedding anniversary. He revealed that the couple spent the evening at the theatre together.

Dec and Ali tied the knot on 1 August 2015 in Dec’s hometown of Newcastle.
The pair married at a stunning church in Elswick while surrounded by their close friends and family.
And it was definitely a star-studded affair as Dec’s TV pals Holly Willoughby, Dermot O’Leary, Phillip Schofield, Fearne Cotton, Marvin and Rochelle Humes and Vernon Kay and Tess Daly were among the guests at the ceremony.
The presenter’s best pal Ant McPartlin was his best man.
Back in March, Dec confirmed he was to become a dad via Instagram after a newspaper reported Ali was pregnant with their first child.

Alongside a picture of himself and Ali on their wedding day, Dec announced the happy news.
He said: “Just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely messages.
“The news has sneaked out a little earlier than we had hoped but Ali and I are delighted to be expecting our first child.
The new arrival comes days after it was confirmed that Dec will head to the Australian jungle to present I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! later this year alongside Holly Willoughby.
This Morning star Holly is filling in for Dec’s long-time presenting partner Ant, who is taking a step back from TV commitments until next year.
Ant admitted to drink-driving after an incident in March which saw him banned from the road for 20 months and fined £86,000.
Ant and Dec have presented the reality programme together since it began in 2002.
