Davina McCall has admitted she’s found a way to take her mind of her recent marriage breakdown – she’s turned her attention on Twitter to her A-list celeb crush.
Her object of affection shares her love of fitness and pumping iron in the gym as it is none other than former wrestler The Rock AKA Dwayne Johnson.
The presenter said she adores the bodybuilder turned actor, who is currently starring in Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, and would love to meet him.
She told The Sun: “I think Dwayne Johnson is hardworking, gives more than is expected, funny… I want to meet him.”
She added that in order to make this happen, she’s been sending him Tweets, and hoping he’ll check her out when he sees she has a blue tick next to her name.
“I’m literally sending him messages all the time, I’m thinking ‘persist, persist!'” she admitted.
“I have a blue tick next to my name so I’m sort of thinking, ‘Do you think Dwayne Johnson is going to look at his tweets and go, ‘Oh hang on, there’s a blue tick from a British girl, I’m gonna click on her. And oh, she seems like a nice person, I’m going to answer her’?’
She added: “It’s not that I want to marry him, well, I do actually want to marry him, he seems like the nicest guy.”

Unfortunately for Davina, Dwayne hasn’t replied to her yet, and her hopes of romance with the star have also been dashed as he’s already taken. He’s currently expecting his second child with girlfriend Lauren Hashian.
Mother-of-three Davina has thrown herself into her fitness regime since splitting from Matthew Robertson at the end of last year, after 17 years together.
She’s been sharing pictures of herself working out on Instagram, as well as the results by showing off her impressive six-pack.

So while there’s little chance of Dwayne becoming Davina’s husband, perhaps one day they could become gym buddies – if he ever replies to her messages!
