Davina McCall reassures everyone she will be just fine with life’s next chapter

She worried fans with a video about loneliness yesterday

After the trauma of her marriage split from her husband Matthew Robertson, Davina McCall has revealed that she doesn’t care if she “loses her allure”.

The Jump host has been out in Australia with her three children Holly, Tilly and Chester visiting her sister and family who live out there for Christmas, but took time out before she jetted off to talk to podcast Is It Just Me?

The 50-year-old presenter revealed loads in the chat, including that she feels like she’s going through a rebirth thanks to the menopause.

Opening up in the interview, she also explained why she feels she’ll be strong alone because women flourish in middle age.

“We’ve been selfless, we’ve looked after other people.

“Women think, ‘I want to feel amazing in myself, and I want to be the version of myself I can be.’

“Guys think, ‘Am I losing my allure? Where am I going, what’s my job?’. That’s a mid life crisis for a guy.”
