Fitness fanatic Davina McCall has reached out to her fans for advice after injuring her leg while running.
The star shared a photo of her leg with a DIY ice pack wrapped around her calf muscle.
Davina, 49, asked her Instagram followers if they “have any ideas” to help her injury.
Alongside the photo the presenter wrote: “Thought it was cramp … so stretched and carried on… carried on for three more miles.. had to stop, feels like a cramp but stretching isn’t getting rid of it… any ideas?”
She added: “Check out my posh edamame bean ice pack 😉.”
Fans immediately started commenting their advice for the super-fit TV star.
One said: “Maybe a pulled muscle or maybe cramp, best to rest and ice.”
“Have you a foam sports roller? They’re fab,” another added.
A third wrote: “Rest, ice, compression, elevation. NO heat.”
“Nothing beats a good deep tissue sports massage,” another suggested.
This comes after her fans expressed their concern over her looking “too thin” in her latest fitness pic.
Davina is always promoting her healthy lifestyle and clean eating habits and always seems to make us jealous with her super-fit Instagram snaps.
The presenter uploaded a photo showing herself after a tough workout session in the gym but many fans were worried that the star had taken her regime too far.
Davina, 49, captioned the shot: “Post “Fartlek” don’t worry I had to look it up too … in a very British/minions way I giggled … fart-lek.

The pic shows the Long Lost Family presenter in her workout gear, surrounded by gym equipment and of course, showing off her rippling abs and toned arms.
While many praised her for her being an “inspiration,” others were quick to express their concern.
One said: “Too thin Davina.”
“Always look amazing but you look a bit burned out and thin,” another commented.
A third wrote: “Wasting away…”
The star has become one of the nation’s favourite fitness stars after releasing 16 fitness DVDs along with many healthy cook books.
She told Fit & Well magazine that she and her hubby Matthew Robertson often enjoy exercising together with their three children – Holly, 15, Tilly, 13, and son Chester, 10.
She said: “We love sharing a hobby together.
“We don’t have to motivate each other to exercise – whether that’s going out on the bikes or to the gym together – because it’s become part of our lives.”
Back in July Davina was praised by her fans for sharing photos of her super-toned bod before and after posing.
The star kept it real with her followers and revealed she doesn’t want to give them an impression that she’s perfect.
The fitness guru wrote alongside the photos: “Ok , so take note of how many girls take bikini shots with their arms in the air ( it’s to make our tummies look better)!!!
“After three kids , my tummy looks like a sharpei puppy.. swipe left to see.”
She then uploaded a photo of her tummy as she bent over.
Her post continued: “My daughter is holding it… its one of her fave things … my rolls …she’s helped me love them too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ striving to be the best I can be but love who I am now… 😃 #fitness #motivation #mummytummy.”
