Danny Dyer quitting bachelor pad and will be back ‘home by Christmas’

It's truly an Xmas miracle...

Deck the halls with boughs of holly, for it certainly will be the season to be jolly in the Dyer-Mas household if rumours are true and the pair HAVE put their marriage woes behind them to live as a family again.

According to the Sun, Danny is giving notice on his £1700-a-month rented flat and will be moving back in with Jo and the kids in time for the Christmas festivities.

The paper reckons the pair have been working hard to mend their broken relationship and are close to getting back together, with a source claiming: “Things between them are going really well, they’re definitely back on track. Danny couldn’t be with Jo on her birthday but they’ve a celebration planned.”

The news comes just days after Jo, 41, was spotted sporting her huge wedding and engagement rings as she did a grocery run at an Essex branch of Sainsbury’s. Around the same time, Danny was seen with his wedding band intact as he shopped for birthday pressies for Jo in north London.

The pair called time on their less-than-a-year-long marriage earlier this year, with Danny quitting the family home first for a hotel near the Eastenders’ set, then for a rented apartment.

Danny and Jo have been together for over 20 years, but only got around to tying the knot last September – with their short-lived but lavish nuptials being covered by a celebrity magazine.

As rumours then surfaced of a 2012 fling with Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud, and many column inches being devoted to Danny’s behaviour both on and off set, it’s been a tumultuous year for the pair.

But things have been looking on the up of late, with friends of the family saying that Danny ‘can’t live without Jo’ but making it clear that after all their problems, she is now ‘calling the shots’ in their relationship.

A source told The Mirror: “Jo and Danny have both told friends they are not getting a divorce, far from it.

“Last weekend they celebrated their anniversary with walks around London and a lavish dinner on Saturday.

“Danny has wooed Jo back and promised his indiscretions are in the past.”

Another insider told the Daily Star: “They thought that they couldn’t live with each other, but they can’t live without each other either. Danny got a flat because it was close to the EastEnders studio and he wanted to focus on his work.

“Danny has been given the boot once and he knows that if he doesn’t behave himself then Joanne won’t hesitate to give him the heave-ho again.”

The pair themselves have remained tight-lipped over the whole shenanigans, both lying low on social media, despite family members sharing pics of them together at events, including daughter Dani’s 21st birthday party in August, and a Halloween do last month.

So it would seem they really are working towards a good old-fashioned Christmas reconciliation – let’s just hope it doesn’t end up going all Eastenders storyline on the day…
