Danny Dyer and wife Joanne Mas put on united front to celebrate daughter’s birthday

Couple reportedly living apart after allegations of fling with Sarah Harding surfaced

EastEnders star Danny Dyer, 40, and wife Joanne Mas have put on an united front at their daughter Dani’s 21st birthday party.

The two have been at the centre of marriage trouble rumours since it was reported that the actor had a “fling” with Sarah Harding.

But the pair, who have been together for over 20 years, both attended their daughter’s glizty party and even posed for a hilarious snap.

Danny, who plays Mick Carter in the soap, pulled a shocked expression as Joanne, 40, pointed her finger at him laughing.

But does this mean they have put everything behind them and moved on?

A source at the party told the Daily Star: “They looked so happy together. You wouldn’t think they weren’t a couple any more.

“Everyone’s hoping that they will get back together.

“They’ve known each other since they were 14.”

Dani celebrated her birthday in style with her closest pals.

She shared a snap with proud dad Danny as she got ready for her big night.

Danny hit headlines in June after it was reported that the star had a “six-week fling” with former Girls Aloud star Sarah in 2012 despite still being with Joanne.

According to The Sun Sarah thought Danny was single at the time and was heartbroken after discovering he was still with Joanne, who he has three children with.

A friend of Sarah’s told the tabloid: “Sarah thought she and Danny were a perfect fit. They both enjoyed a good time and she loved being with him.

“He had told her he was living with his dad in Canning Town and that he was single.

“But eventually his mask slipped. She felt hurt and incredibly betrayed by him.”

Shortly before it was reported that Danny had been living in a hotel near the EastEnders studio after being kicked out by Joanne for being in touch with some of his pals who were a “bad influence” on him.

A source told The Mirror: “Jo looked at his phone and found he was back in touch with a group of pals who were not a good influence.

“She was furious and sent him packing. It’s the people that hang around him which cause him problems.”

Friends close to the couple then revealed that Joanne was struggling to forgive him.

The pal said: “At first, we hoped Danny and Jo would patch things up again as they have so many times before.

“It’s not the first time Danny has stayed away rather than go home after filming. But it’s clear this time it is different.

“Jo has been through a lot with Danny over the years and she has always forgiven him for his mistakes. But she is at the end of her tether.

“He is obviously hoping that she changes her mind and that they can work things out. But things have never been this bad between them before.”
