Poor Danielle Lloyd, she’s been through a tough time of it lately what with her pregnancy complications. She recently suffered a water infection and had to move house whilst heavily pregnant, plus she’s been told her baby is breech which could be dangerous.
On top of all this she now has to deal with vile trolls online who have branded her skin ‘dirty’ after pictures of her holidaying emerged online, showing her skin looking discoloured.
The casual snap showed Danielle makeup free and revealed the pigment of her skin has changed on certain parts of her face, into a sort of brownish colour.
She was “absolutely disgusted” by the people who made fun of her and posted a makeup free selfie on Instagram to reveal she is suffering from a skin disorder called melasma.

She let out her anger in the caption of the picture as she said: “Absolutely disgusted at some of the comments about my skin!!! ‘I look filthy’ I look dirty ‘I need a good wash’ well you should all be ashamed of yourselves my skin is like this cos I have melasma (pregnancy mask).
“It can’t be helped it’s hormonal and am not ashamed of it a lot of pregnant women get it.. again some horrible trolls think it’s ok to put down a pregnant women well it’s not!!
“I use factor 50 on my face and still get it! These trolls need to be educated am not ashamed to show the real me.”
But although she has dealt with a lot of horrible comments about her appearance, her followers were quick to defend her, commenting on her Instagram posts with messages of support. One said: “Awwww sweetheart you look lovely a blooming gorgeous pregnant woman..these trolls are only jealous.”
She received many other lovely comments, which hopefully restored her faith in humanity, including comments from people who have the same skin disorder: “I have the same condition due to menopause and it’s horrible.. hey girl you’ve been through too much to let those comments bring you down.”
Danielle is eight months pregnant with her fourth child and this is her first child with fiance Michael O’Neill, as she had her previous three sons with footballer ex-husband Jamie O’Hara. As she already has three boys she was hoping to have a daughter, but found out live on Loose Women she is having another son.
She told Closer magazine she would consider gender selection in the future if she got pregnant again. She said: “It’s always been my dream to have a girl but I’d be fine with the four boys. Michael wants another baby, but I wouldn’t risk another boy.
“He’s looked at gender selection, so we could do that. I was shocked when I first learned I was having a son. Michael was scared I was going to be disappointed but I’ve come to terms with the fact I’m having a boy.”

Danielle was told by doctors that her baby is breech, which means he is in the wrong position for birth. She may have to have a cesarean section if the baby doesn’t move into the right position, which she was told could still happen in time for her due date.
She told OK! magazine: “I’ve got sciatica, my nerves are sore, I’m fed up of going to the toilet every five minutes. That stuff I’m not going to miss, but I will miss my bump a bit.
“They also told me that the baby was breech, so I was panicking a lot. None of my kids have ever been breech. But they put my mind at ease and told me I’ve got plenty of time so hopefully the baby can turn.”
