Gareth Gates and Faye Brookes are reportedly engaged just four months after they confirmed they had split.
The pair, who revealed they had gone their separate ways in September last year, are apparently organising a huge celebration with their famous pals later this month.
According to The Sun, a source said Coronation Street actress Faye and singer Gareth are “over the moon” to be engaged.

The insider said: “Faye and Gareth are over the moon.
“There will be lots of Faye’s co-stars and other famous faces alongside their friends and family – everyone will be delighted for them.”
ED! has contacted representatives for Gareth and Faye for comment.
It comes months after the former Pop Idol star and Faye, 31, announced in September that they were taking time apart after five years together.
The soap star, who plays Kate Connor in the ITV show, tweeted: “Unfortunately Gareth and I are choosing to take some time apart. We remain the very best of friends. We’d like to thank you for all your support over the years x.”
Gareth then tweeted an identical message.
They later added that they had no plans to explain to fans why or what had happened.
A spokesperson for Gareth told The Sun at the time: “At this time they don’t wish to disclose the personal reasons why.
“Faye and Gareth remain the best of friends and hopefully after some time apart they’ll be clearer on what the future holds for them.”
Meanwhile, in November last year, Gareth and Faye reunited as they enjoyed a swanky dinner.

They shared a cute selfie looking cosy together on their Instagram accounts, with singer Gareth commenting: “Date night with my beautiful princess.”
Their evening out came after it was reported the pair had reconciled earlier that month after celebrating Halloween together.
