Corrie favourite Alan Halsall reveals new photos after hair transplant surgery

The soap actor had the procedure two years ago

Coronation Street star Alan Halsall has shared before and after photos of his hair transplant surgery.

The soap fave, 35, had the procedure two years ago and returned to the clinic to check on the progress.

Alan, who is married to former Corrie star Lucy-Jo Hudson, shared a snap of his now full-head of hair alongside a picture of his pre-surgery look.

And the difference is impressive!

Before heading to see transplant surgeon Dr Bessam Farjo, Alan had shared his excitement with his 277,000 Twitter followers.

He wrote: “Finally off to see @BessamFarjo for my after pictures nearly a year late  I’m more nervous to see my before pics as I’ve never seen em.”

The look went down well with his followers, with one responding: “Wow I love this!!!! As someone who suffers with fine thin hair and has recently gone back to hair extensions- I know how it makes me feel!! Enjoy it x.”

Another simply wrote: “Looking good boss.”

Alan, who plays loveable mechanic Tyrone Dobbs in Corrie, had his hair transplant back in 2016, after becoming self-conscious about his receding hairline.

He did not address rumours of the procedure at the time, despite fans noticing the change.
