The shocks just keep on coming for Tracy Barlow and Steve McDonald after discovering their underage daughter Amy is pregnant.
While most viewers have had some sympathy for the distressed – and frankly furious parents – Tracy and Steve left soap fans horrified last night (Wednesday 23 January) after accusing their daughter of one of the most heinous acts imaginable.

Earlier this week, the stunned parents discovered their teenage daughter is pregnant, although she didn’t disclose who the father could be.
And in another twist, a scan proved that Amy had LIED about the date of conception.
Having told them the baby had been conceived at a Christmas party, the ultrasound showed that the ‘deed’ must have happened sooner as she is already 10 week’s pregnant.

Horrified by the news, the pair accused Amy of having an incestuous relationship with her ‘cousin’ Simon Barlow!
When Steve spotted 14-year-old Amy chatting with Simon, he jumped to the conclusion that Simon was responsible for getting Amy pregnant.
While Tracy couldn’t believe that at first, a quick pry on Amy’s phone gave her the evidence she needed – a text from Simon offering his support.
Tracy and Steve stormed around to Simon’s house, accusations at the ready, and was quick to confront the young lad.
As concerned dad Peter fumed in the background, Tracy threw insults at Simon, snarling: “You have always been weird and twisted but this is disgusting.”
As Simon insisted he hadn’t slept with Amy, viewers took to Twitter to express their discomfort at the mere suggestion of an incestuous affair and Tracy’s bizarre claim that the baby would be born with “two heads and three legs”.

Other fans were quick to point out that Simon and Amy aren’t actually related by blood, with one saying: Can we all please remember that Simon and Amy aren’t blood relatives. Simon is Peter’s son, Peter is Ken’s son. Ken is Tracy’s step-dad, her real dad is a fella called Ray Langton. I know Simon’s not the dad, but it wouldn’t be incest if he was! #Corrie.”

While Simon continued to deny he’s the dad, he clearly knows more than he’s letting on… But what?
