Coleen Rooney has shared a heartfelt tribute to husband Wayne as they mark ten years of marriage.
The 32-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a collage of throwback photos showing her with Everton footballer Wayne, 32, over the years.
Her caption read: “Today we are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary!!! Time goes so quick…. so many great times together to remember.”
Among the photos included in her post was one of Coleen and Wayne on their wedding day.
Wayne re-posted Coleen’s tribute to his own Instagram account, adding his own words: “Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary today. Amazing memories with @coleen_rooney and lots more to make.”
Fans were quick to send their own congratulations to the couple.
One said: “Congratulations may enjoy your day with the love of your family and be blessed with many more years together.”
Another wrote: “Happy wedding anniversary. Wishing you many more years of happiness together.”
A third added: “Happy Anniversary Coleen & Wayne. Coleen you’re a great mum and loyal to your family. Enjoy your celebrations.”
And a fourth told Coleen: “Happy anniversary to you guys . Am so happy to u fought for this marriage . You are a strong woman . Much respect gal.”
Childhood sweethearts Coleen and Wayne married in Italy in June 2008.
They tied the knot at the 17th century Villa Durazzo in Santa Margherita Ligure, before celebrating with a reception at a nearby 700-year-old former abbey.
The couple’s marriage hit the headlines last year after Wayne was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.
He was stopped by police as he drove another woman home in her car.
Weeks of speculation followed about the state of the Rooneys’ marriage, before Coleen silenced the critics with a candid Facebook statement.
She told fans: “No, I’m not taking Wayne back as he’s never left. Yes, it has been a [bleep] time, and yes, time was spent apart and I thought my marriage might have been at an end.”
“It’s my decision …. do I love Wayne … yes I do. If I didn’t then I wouldn’t be trying to make it work,” she continued.
“I know I would be fine on my own, with just me and my children, but I don’t want to live like that, I want to try and continue our marriage and live as a family, because that’s what I want to do.
“I’m not saying everything is fine and forgotten about, but we are as good as can be at this point, I’m not the type of person to put a show on and say we’re all loved-up….I’m just real.”
The couple have four children: Kai, eight, Klay, five, Kit, two, and baby Cass, who arrived in February.
Coleen recently rubbished claims she and Wayne would mark their ten-year anniversary by renewing their wedding vows.
She told OK! magazine: “It is nice to do, but at the minute it doesn’t seem that long ago that we got married. So we’re not planning it in the near future.”

The couple will, however, be spending the big day together – for the first time in ten years!
Coleen explained that Wayne was always playing with the England team on their anniversary, but now he’s retired from international football, they’ll be able to celebrate together.
