Coleen – who also has sons Shane, 30, and 26-year-old Jake with first husband Shane Richie – said: “I don’t want to get married again. I just want to meet someone I can have a lovely relationship with.

“I’d like it to be with someone who has his place and I have mine and when we want to see each other we do and when we don’t, we don’t. A friend with benefits.”

She said: “We’re really good friends and we get on better than we did when we were together.”

Asked if the romantic spark has gone, she added: “That’s definitely sailed and it’s made me realise that, apart from Ciara, we should have always just been friends.

Though she hasn’t been on any dates yet, Coleen thinks she’s easy to get along with in a relationship.

She said: “I’m not a dominant person in a relationship, I’m very placid and easygoing, plus I’m romantic. But I’m not willing to take any [bleep].”
