Christine Lampard celebrates her first Mother’s Day with baby daughter

Presenter enjoys lunch with husband Frank and a sleepy Patricia

Frank Lampard treated his wife Christine to lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill yesterday to celebrate her first Mother’s Day.

The couple became parents to daughter Patricia last September. They named the baby after Frank’s mum, who passed away in 2008.

Sharing a family photo to Instagram, 40-year-old Christine said: “Lunch with hubby @franklampard and the little one. She slept the whole way through.”

Frank also posted the picture, telling his followers: “Happy first Mother’s Day to my beautiful wife and amazing Mum [heart eye emoji] @christinelampard.”

Former Big Brother star Imogen Thomas also commented: “Bliss! Happy first Mother’s Day xxx.”

Telling ITV’s Lorraine about motherhood recently, an emotional Christine revealed that raising Patricia has been a “wonderful” experience so far.

She said: “She’s doing well on the sleeping front but I still have that moment when I look at her and think, I can’t believe you’re mine.”

Christine added: “Patricia is doing very well. She’s just wonderful. She’s brought an awful lot of joy to all of us so far.”
