Devoted Cheryl fans have hailed the singer’s new single her “sixth number one” – before the song is even released.
After the star shared a clip of the highNRG dance track, entitled Let Me, to Instagram, one fan declared: “The queen of pop is back everyone.”
Posting the soundbite alongside a new picture of herself, Cheryl looked gorgeous in a black dress adorned with gold chains on the straps by Fausto Puglisi.
She also sported statement gold alligator earrings and a green faux fur jacket.

Using the song’s lyrics as her caption, Cheryl wrote: “Let you put your hands on my body… every time! I gave you what you wanted… but when am I gonna get mine???”
“I can already tell it’s gonna be on repeat,” said a fan. “6th number 1 here we come [love heart eye emoji].”
Another added: “If this isn’t going to be your next number one, I don’t know what will.”
Cheryl also posted a short clip of the song’s video online, telling followers it’ll be released this Friday. And star fan Rochelle Humes is one person who can’t wait – she commented with the hand clapping emoji.
In the video, Cheryl can be seen performing a group dance routine while wearing statement colour block trousers and a bright green crop top. The Greatest Dancer judge is seen jumping up and down in perfect unison with her dancers.
The song marks Cheryl’s return to the music scene after a six-month break.

Earlier in the day, she had shared a behind-the-scenes shot of herself in her make-up artist’s chair. She sported statement bright green eyeliner and a black and white houndstooth body suit.
She captioned the shot with a green heart emoji and said: “Today’s look.”
She also asked her followers: ” You like my hair?” Swinging her EasiLocks ponytail back and forth, the cheeky star added: “Gee thanks, just bought it.”
Cheryl, who split from boyfriend Liam Payne last summer, recently opened up about life with son Bear, two.
She told Stella magazine: “If I get cross with him he puts his little hands on my face and looks into my eyes to see if I’m deadly serious or a tiny bit cross, and it melts my heart.”
She also revealed that her ex is “much softer” than her when it comes to parenting.
She said: “Liam is a great dad. He’s much softer than me. I’m the strict one, Liam isn’t. I’ll be the one saying” ‘Just one square of chocolate,’ but Bear is so good.”
