The Sun reports that the upcoming single deals with the fall out of the break-up, as well as the singer’s previous relationships.

Their source claimed that Cheryl is letting her true feelings show with her new music.

“It is a very edgy pop-dance track and not a typical song which you would expect from Cheryl,” they said.

“She’s not holding back on her feelings and inevitably it will lead to a lot of speculation.”

The song apparently features a lyric in which the singer calls herself a “sucker” who “falls in love” with “every [bleep]” and reportedly details how she has felt let down by men.

This comes after Liam released his EP First time, which appears to comment on his relationship with Cheryl, implying that her friends interfered.

The song Home With You included the line “we talked through the smoke, you spill the tea, about how your friends are hatin’ me” and went on to say there were “too many cooks in the kitchen”.

While Depend On It detailed a relationship that had spiralled into constant fights, saying: “Oh, there you go, putting words in my mouth, it’s ’bout to go down.”

Cheryl has been living in Liam’s Surrey mansion since the split, while the One Direction star lives in his London flat.

The Daily Star on Sunday claims that she has her eye on a lavish mansion in High Barnet – just around the corner for Girls Aloud pal Kimberley Walsh.

The property features its own swimming pool and tennis court, along with a landscaped garden complete with water fountain.
