Hands off my man!

Pop superstar Cheryl reportedly sent a ‘text tirade’ to Rita Ora after she saw the singer seemingly lock lips with ex Liam Payne live on American TV.

Cheryl, 36, was apparently watching Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show show with son Bear, when she saw Rita, 28, and Liam, 26, get very close during a duet.

The Sun reports that Cheryl wasn’t happy when she saw Liam – who she was dating at the time – seemingly lock lips during the Fifty Shades Freed song.

She reportedly reached for her phone and sent Rita an angry text, which said: “That’s my boyfriend and the father of my child you’re flirting with — it’s disrespectful. Do you really think that’s necessary?”

A source was quoted as saying: “She saw him and Rita all over each other, and Rita looking like she was going in for a kiss. Obviously it was very upsetting.

“She immediately texted Rita, asking her what the hell was going on. She said she thought it was inappropriate and basically asked her to back off.”

The newspaper also reports that Rita was ‘mortified’ and replied saying that she ‘would never ever go there in a million years’.

ED! has contacted Cheryl’s reps for comment.
