Cat Deeley shocks Twitter with HUGE rant at “terrible” restaurant

This is definitely not like her!

Wow. Who knew Cat Deeley had a temper? Twitterland certainly does now.

The usually mild-mannered and perma-smiley presenter launched a furious attack on a restaurant after a rather disappointing visit.

That eatery is TomGeorge in LA, where the Brummie lass now resides.

The 40-year-old blasted the establishment for being “terribly run” and urged her 357K followers not to patronise it. Ouch!

She wrote: “The most disgusting restaurant , terribly run , by a manager – who can only be described as an amateur. Avoid at all costs. #tomgeorge.” [sic]

The waiter who served the mum-of-one bit back: “@catdeeley Cat, as your server at TomGeorge I am hurt by your response to free food.

“I gave you respect, and I served you with love.”

Cat, who’s married to comedian Patrick Kielty, replied: “The food was terrible and your manager was unhelpful and rude.

“Respect and love should be shown to all, attention to detail is necessary too!”

Gulp.

After labelling the manager of the well-known restaurant a “moron” and accusing the restaurant of serving the “most terrible food”, the former SMTV live host defended her harsh words.

She wrote: “Just to be clear. Our order arrived at the table incorrectly FIVE times!

“Then one of my guests dishes was inedible. There was zero service.”

The star’s angry outburst caused a mixed reaction among fans.

Defending Cat, one wrote: “@catdeeley when the food is crap and they can’t sort it why would you leave a tip!? I certainly wouldn’t. How will they learn!!”

Another added: “@BEZt_tweetz @catdeeley you served the lady the wrong food and you cry about a tip? Wise up.”

Others were shocked by the star’s venting.

One tweeted: “@BEZt_tweetz @catdeeley If it’s not the waiters fault or issue, then why didn’t the waiter get a tip? Makes no sense. #Rudeashell.”
