The UK is bracing itself for a 30C-plus heatwave this weekend.
Staring into a mirror, Carol, 58, captioned the image: "This weekend's uniform? #Heatwave #Wales."
It wasn't long until many of her 404,000 followers took to the social media site to compliment her age-defying curves.

Carol is no stranger to showing off her toned and fabulous figure on social media.
Recently, she posted two snaps of herself after working up a sweat and wearing knickers, referencing 46-year-old rowing champ James Cracknell, who became the oldest person ever to win the Oxford vs Cambridge Boat Race over the weekend.
She also shared a snap of her wearing a tight-fitting mustard top with snakeskin-print trousers from Zara, prompting fans to send in their compliments.

Finally, Carol wowed the nation with her sensational curves when she appeared on Britain's Got Talent spin-off Britain's Got More Talent with Stephen Mulhern.
Taking to Twitter ahead of the show, the 58-year-old TV presenter posted a picture of herself wearing a form-fitting full-length red lace dress.
