Cadbury fans wonder if the ‘mythical’ Orange Twirl actually exists

Just how limited is this edition?!

Cadbury Twirl fans were over the moon when the chocolate brand recently announced plans for an orange version of the treat.

However, the same excited Cadbury fans are now wondering where the limited-edition bar is actually on sale, because they can’t find it anywhere!

The bar of chocolate allegedly went on sale on September 23, but shoppers can’t seem to find them anywhere.

The bars, which are only on sale while stocks last, have only been available in selected convenience stores up until now.

However, Cadbury do have plans to roll them out in the Co-op, Morrions and Spar from next week.

So it’s time to sharpen those elbows if you’re looking for your chocolate orange treat!

“Where is the Twirl Orange available?” one fan wailed on the Cadbury Instagram account. “I can’t find it anywhere.”

Consumers desperate to taste the treat took to Twitter to express their dismay at not having found the bars.

Others went crazy and bought more than one when they did eventually find them!

Others tweeted their joy at finding the tasty treats in their local shops.

Offering a true taste of Christmas, the bars – should we ever be able to find one – could rival that festive favourite the Terry’s Chocolate Orange in our affections.
