Brad Pitt hits back at SHOCKING claims: ‘I didn’t abuse my children’

The LAPD are apparently investigating the allegation

Hollywood movie star Brad Pitt has slammed claims that he has abused his children.

His divorce from Angelina Jolie has seen a number of sensational allegations being made against the A-Lister.

TMZ has now reported that Brad is under investigation for “child abuse” and that he has been accused of “physical and verbal abuse” towards them.

The 52-year-old movie star has apparently been reported to the LAPD and LA County Department of Children and Family Services.

TMZ also states that it was an argument between Brad and Angelina on a private jet, that proved to be the final straw.

The website states: “He allegedly went wild, screaming and getting physical with the kids…

“The plane landed at an airport around 8pm, and witnesses say Pitt continued his rant on the tarmac, and even tried leaving in one of the fuel trucks.”

This incident was allegedly reported to authorities at the time and the pair, along with their kids, have been spoken to about the incident.

TMZ have added the caveat that “the LAPD were informed as it’s routine for them to be notified of any child abuse reports”.

Brad has apparently strenuously denied the child abuse allegations.

“It’s unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light.”

The New York Post has reported that Angelina hired a private investigator to spy on her husband, as she believed he was having an affair.

It was speculated that she would file for divorce on the grounds that he was cheating on her with 40-year-old French actress Marion Cotillard.

There have been denials that anything extra-marital was going on and Ange has now cited “irreconcilable differences” as to why they are splitting up.
