Former Made In Chelsea favourite Binky Felstead fell pregnant with boyfriend Josh Patterson by surprise by surprise, but they have both taken to parenthood like ducks to water.
She and JP welcomed a baby girl, India Elizabeth Felstead-Patterson, last June (17), and the pair regularly share photos of the adorable tot on their social media pages.
Binky admits that having a baby has completely transformed her life, but has revealed there is one thing that hasn’t changed – her personal style.
“My fashion hasn’t changed since becoming a mum. I’d always rather be underdressed than overdressed,” she shared during a chat with a panel of fashion experts assembled by Europe’s largest footwear retailer Deichmann.
“I’ve always kind of worn baggy clothes. And I’m only 27, I don’t think I could be wearing pearls and the high-neck jumpers!
“I’m a cool mum.”
Binky admits that she wasn’t really interested in fashion growing up, but since becoming famous and landing a gig as a Reebok brand ambassador, she has begun to take it much more seriously.
“Being in the public eye opened my eyes to what there is out there, with having stylists and shoots. And if they put something out that I wouldn’t normally wear, it’s like, ‘Oh, this actually looks alright on me,'” she added.
Like the rest of us, Binky is looking forward to this weekend’s royal wedding, and can’t wait to see what Meghan Markle will wear when she ties the knot with British royal Prince Harry in Windsor.
“I think the royal wedding is so exciting for everyone,” she exclaimed. “Obviously, it’s a day that everyone’s going to remember from the dress, to the people going.
“I think we all kind of get together and have a big British day with lots of Pimm’s, and just looking forward to seeing the dress.”
Binky can’t wait to see what the lucky guests will be dressed in either.
“I will be intrigued about watching what everyone’s wearing,” she smiled.
“I love all the dresses. I mean, men wear their suits, and their nice shoes… but I’m more into the dresses and the headgear.”
The reality star shared some sweet words for the couple: “Obviously, I’m really happy for Meghan and Harry,”
“They are obviously very (much) in love. I think everyone loves a fairy tale ending!”
And they all lived happily ever after… (hopefully!).
