Lateysha Grace has bared ALL in a revealing video and gave fans an intimate look as she underwent cosmetic surgery.
The former Valleys and Big Brother star got everybody behind her (so to speak), with her famous curves, but has confessed she is still striving to look “perfect”.
The mother-of-one released a blog on her YouTube channel and certainly wasn’t shy to show off her body.

She travelled to Turkey to have fat removal surgery and her breast implants removed.
“I just hate looking ugly,” she said. “I can’t wait to be pretty.”
The star has had a lot of trouble with previous surgeries, including the implants and transferring the fat from her arms to her bum, but has now had the issues corrected.
She also underwent her third fat transfer surgery – this time on her neck – and admitted: “I’m feeling really nervous right now.
“But excited at the same time, because I believe that [my surgeon] is gonna do a really good job on me.”
The surgery didn’t really go to plan though, as she revealed that one of her implants was found to have a rupture just four months after they were inserted.
Talking to the camera she said she “could have died” before asking for filming to be stopped.

She said: “I’m really embarrassed about leaving today, because everyone’s gonna stare at me at the airport and think, ‘Why does she look like a mummy?’ It’s something you’ve got to deal with…
“But the overall experience has been really good. I’m happy with my surgery…. My body wasn’t that bad before and now I’ve had more work done it’s gonna be good…”
Lateysha became a viral hit when she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side with Rylan Clark-Neal and twerked on camera only to reveal her whole butt to the nation!
