Coronation Street baddie teases watery end

They WILL get their comeuppance

| Updated:

We’ve all really felt for Michelle Connor in Corrie over recent weeks, as the handsome but devilishly wicked Will Chatterton continues to make her life a misery in secret.

But as we all know in soap, every storyline has its shelf life and fans will be pleased to know that his reign of terror will soon be coming to an end.

Recently actor Leon Ockenden, who plays the dashing rascal, let slip that he is leaving the soap.

Could this mean he is set to be killed off in a spectacular soap way?

Recently he told This Morning viewers that his exit will be a good one and one to look forward to.

Leon confirmed he had now finished filming with the ITV soap as he prepared for his next role.

“The good news is it builds to a massive climax in September,” he revealed.

Teasing what lay ahead, Leon revealed: “The storyline in Corrie really builds to a head in September.”

“I think it’s going to be a fitting and dramatic climax for everyone.”

Exciting!

But now Leon has let slip more hints and it looks like Will could meet a watery end.

“Will’s house is even more impressive than the last one – there is a swimming pool in the basement,” he told Inside Soap magazine.

“Everything will come to a head there, and I’ve been able to fulfil some childhood dreams of doing action fantasy sequences and stunts.”

When pushed on whether or not he will be doing some dangerous stunt work he added: “There’s no coming back from this for Will – but I don’t want to be James Bond.

“I want to be the villain. It’s more fun to play.”

Sounds exciting.
