Ayda Field and Robbie Williams heartbroken over family loss

Ayda paid tribute to their pooch on Instagram

Ayda Field and Robbie Williams have been left devastated by the loss of their pet dog.

Former Loose Women star Ayda shared the sad news on Instagram on Sunday, revealing their Jack Russell Baby has passed away.

Ayda said she and husband Robbie were “crying our eyes out” and they saw “the most beautiful sight” out of their window after Baby’s death, a rainbow.

Alongside a sweet photo of Baby and another of the rainbow, Ayda wrote: “We’ve just lost our beautiful Jack Russell dog, Baby.

“Gone way too soon, she was a brave adventurer and champion snuggler. @robbiewilliams and I are currently crying our eyes out.

“In the midst of our sadness, the most beautiful sight appeared out our window…a rainbow.”

She continued: “As cliché as it might sound, we feel safety seeing it out our window, knowing that that is Baby’s rainbow bridge.

“So in Baby’s honour, and any other soul that has left the planet today, a big farewell kiss to the sky.

Earlier this year, the couple were left upset when their pet turtle died.

A source told The Sun: “Poor Giggs died quite suddenly and [his sister] Rooney – named after Rob’s favourite footballer – was deeply traumatised by the episode; she hasn’t been the same turtle since.”

Ayda told the publication: “We just want Rooney to smile again, and can’t wait for her to meet her new companion.”
