If your Valentine’s Day hasn’t featured enough romance yet, you might want to head on over to Aston Merrygold’s Instagram page.
The singer and Strictly star just shared the most adorable picture of the moment he proposed to partner Sarah Lou Richards.
Alongside the photo of Aston down on one knee, surrounded by candles and a heart made from petals, he wrote: “This is that mad love, cry when you cry love, that die if you die love, that fight if you fight love. This is that mad love, argue and scream love, that we are a team love, mess with you mess with me love.”
The star added: “Happy Valentine’s Day @sarahlourichards, the last Valentine’s Day you’ll be Richards. HAPPY Valentine’s Day everybody!”
His 270,000 followers loved it, writing: “This is the cutest thing ever!!!!” Another added: “Oh this is too cute big congratulations @astonmerrygold and @sarahlourichards much love.”
A third commented: “This is soooo unbelievably cute Aston, happy Valentine’s Day to you and Sarah. And of course the beautiful baby Grayson.”
Aston and dancer Sarah Lou, 34, have been together since meeting on a JLS tour back in 2012.
They share newborn son, Grayson Jax, who was born on 30 January.
The couple got engaged in December but this is the first glimpse we’ve had of the full proposal.
It comes the day after the former X Factor finalist celebrated his birthday.
His fiancée posted an emotional tribute to her partner on Instagram, beside a montage of pics.

She wrote: “Happy 30th birthday to our favourite, my best friend & the best daddy in the world.
“It’s been the best year of my entire life and me and Grayson are going to make sure this is yours, we love you to the moon & back and can’t wait to celebrate with you #am30 #finally #bestdaddy #bestfriend #mummyslobster #alwaysandforever”.
Aston is known for his gushing posts on Instagram.
In September he announced Sarah Lou’s pregnancy, writing: “On May 29th 2017 we found out that our lives were going to change forever!

The singer continued: “I’m NEVER speechless but words can’t describe how I feel.. All I know is there’s no feeling like it!
“Sar I promise to be the best daddy ever to our baby boy/girl. You are an amazing woman and going to be the greatest mum to our child!”
He added: “Thank you for continuously making me the happiest man ever! I love you hurry up bump we can’t wait to meet you.”
