Ant McPartlin’s had a lot on his plate lately – you may have heard it mentioned that he’s set to split from his wife Lisa Armstrong.
However, for the busy presenter work doesn’t stop, and he’s trekked up to Blackpool with the rest of the Britain’s Got Talent team.
The studio auditions kick off this weekend, and it looks like show supremo Simon Cowell is doing all he can to keep Ant’s spirits up.
David Walliams has shared photos of the star aboard Simon’s private jet, looking pleased as punch.
Ant, 42, looked to be in high spirits as Simon reacted to something – no doubt a barb from David!
The BGT hype machine is in full swing, with plenty of pictures of the show’s judges and hosts larking about in Blackpool.
An insider from Britain’s Got Talent told the Daily Star: “Simon knows that when Ant and Dec are on song, so is the show.

“Ant has to be his focus as the drama in his private life could be a sideshow. Simon wants to cheer him up and that’s why he’s spoiled him rotten.”
One person who’s missing out on the fun is Britain’s Got More Talent host Stephen Mulhern.
He’s had to miss the Blackpool auditions, suffering from a nasty bout of laryngitis.
And it’s the first time he’s missed a set of auditions in more than 11 years – that’s dedication!

Britain’s Got Talent won’t be hitting our screens again until April, but the live auditions in front of the judges are all being filmed over the next several weeks.
So Simon’s got his work cut out to keep Ant’s spirits up for a good few months yet – and no doubt best pal Dec’s doing his bit as well!
