If you're going to get something permanent etched onto your skin, it really should be something truly meaningful. Which is what Ant McPartlin's done.
The TV star has unveiled a new tattoo on his inside wrist, and fans have pointed out that it's the Alcoholics Anonymous symbol.
The equilateral triangle is associated with the AA programme and is said to represent the three parts, unity, recovery and service, you need to use to treat the three part disease of alcoholism: physical, mental and spiritual.
The circle is thought to represent wholeness.
It follows the presenter's recent visit to rehab, where he spent a month having intensive treatment for addictions.
Ant, 42, was arrested for drink driving in March. In April he was handed an £86,000 fine, and banned from driving for 20 months.
He confirmed at the time that he was "truly sorry", adding: "I’m addressing what I now recognise as problems with alcohol and emotional issues."
It's clear the former I'm A Celebrity presenter is finally in a good place again.
He was seen out in London this weekend with his new girlfriend, Anne-Marie Corbett, on a double date with his best friend, Declan Donnelly and pregnant wife, Ali Astall.
The group enjoyed dinner at The Ivy.
The double date comes after Ant's estranged wife, Lisa Armstrong, wowed fans by sharing a glam selfie as she enjoys a holiday in Los Angeles.
The Strictly Come Dancing make-up guru took to Instagram to showcase her blonde hairdo and sun-kissed skin.
Lisa, 41, also sported large hoop earrings and glam makeup as she posed for the camera.
She captioned the selfie: "Blonde #LAlife x."
Lisa has been enjoying a break in the States for the past few weeks.
It comes months after she split from the Saturday Night Takeaway, following 11 years of marriage. They had been together for 23 years in total.
It's great to see everyone is moving on.
