Alan Halsall has showed off a painful-looking injury he suffered after working out for FOUR hours.
The Coronation Street actor has been hitting the gym hard since his split from Lucy-Jo Hudson last year.
Earlier this week, Alan revealed he suffered a huge blood blister on his foot after doing an hour of football and three hours of badminton.

He posted snap of the blister on the heal of his foot, alongside the caption: “Ouch!
“1 hour of football – tick. 3 hours of badminton – tick. Blood blister – tick.”
Last year, Alan, 36, opened up to The Sun about how he achieved his slimmed-down bod.
He said: “I’ve had a PT (personal trainer) for about four/five months. I’ve been coming to the gym for a few years now.
“I’ve transformed myself a little bit and people have seen that. I have a pre-workout meal, I work out, then I have a post-workout meal or a swim and a steam.
“I can come here and learn my lines. You can pretty much spend the day here.”
His transformation came after his split from Lucy-Jo, with whom he shares five-year-old daughter Sienna-Rae.
In May last year, Lucy confirmed their break-up in a statement which read: “I can confirm that Al and I are divorcing. We remain friends and devoted mummy and daddy to our daughter Sienna.
“We would appreciate privacy so that we can focus on Sienna’s continued happiness.”
Last week, Alan sparked speculation that he may be dating his former Corrie co-star Tisha Merry.
He posted a photo of the pair showing Alan with his arm around her as they watched the Salford Red Devils play a rugby match at the AJ Bell stadium.
Alan, who was also at the game with his brother Steve and pal Carl, captioned the snap with: “Day out at the rugby @salfordreddevilsrlfc with @grundy.carl @stehalsall @missdrewmerry93.”
Fans were quick to voice their excitement and told Alan what a good-looking pair he and Tisha made.

One wrote: “You would make a lovely couple- if you’re not already that is!”
Another added: “You make a lovely couple,” while a third said: “Please say you two are a couple.”
