Adam Thomas had his Instagram followers in tears as he shared adorable footage of his family celebrating his son Teddy’s first birthday.
The video shows an excited Teddy giggling as he comes down the stairs wearing cute pyjamas which say, ‘when I wake up, I will be 5.’
The little boy’s face then lights up in delight as he turns into the living room and sees a pile of presents on top of a piano surrounded by balloons.

“Happy Birthday, mate!” soap star Adam can then be heard saying from behind the camera.
Before rushing to open the gifts, in an adorable moment, Teddy first runs over to hug to his dad and mum, Caroline.
“Thank you!” he says as he looks up at them loving before turning back to the presents, with an extra,”thank you, dad” after Adam wishes him a happy birthday again.
Adam’s famous friends and family were delighted by the cute clip.

“Omg this made me cry!!! It’s the Thank you dad,” wrote Lucy Mecklenburgh, expecting her first baby with Adam’s brother, Ryan.
“Ahhh Darling Teddy xx Happy Birthday mate,” added Corrie’s Brooke Vincent, who is also currently pregnant.
Meanwhile, Emmerdale’s Charley Webb commented “the cuteness” with a broken heart emoji.
Gemma Atkinson, who recently became a mum, simply added crying face and heart emojis, while Lisa Snowdon – who was Adam’s campmate on I’m A Celebrity – said: “Oh wow, look at Teddy! He’s grown up so much.”
Hundreds of Adam’s other followers also commented on the clip to say how cute Teddy was and wish him a happy birthday.
Many said the video had made them teary.
“Oh this made me cry, how happy and the way he hugs you both,” wrote one.
“I’ve got real tears,” said another.
“Omg that made me cry , happy birthday teddy, he is a credit to you both so grounded,” added a third.
Alongside the video, Adam, 31, who also has a one-year-old daughter, Elsie-Rose, wrote: “Happy birthday my boy you deserve all this and so much more !! Thank you for bringing us nothing but happiness.”
