Caroline told the publication that she realised she was expecting after she noticed she was feeling tired, which she says was exactly how she felt when she was carrying their first child, Teddy.

She went on to say that she broke the news to Adam by giving her positive pregnancy test to Teddy and asking him to take it to his daddy.

Adam went on to say that he ‘lost his head’ a bit over the happy nappy news.

He said: “It took me totally by surprise. I have to say, I lost my head a bit over it.

“I immediately cracked open the gin.”

Erm – aren’t you supposed to wet the baby’s head when it’s born??

Adam continued: “We always wanted another baby but we weren’t planning for it to happen so soon after getting married.

Caroline says that three-year-old Teddy has already told them that he wants a brother, but she’s not entirely sure the toddler really gets what’s going on.

When asked if they’d prefer a girl or a boy this time round, Adam and Caroline weren’t too fussed.

Caroline said one of each would be nice but also pointed out the brotherly bond her husband has with his brothers, Ryan and Scott.
