Fans of BBC Two Strictly Come Dancing spin-off It Takes Two were divided over host Janette Manrara‘s appearance on the show last night (December 9).
Janette hosted the show in a floral 80s-style dress with amazing statement shoulder pads.
However, while some loved it, others thought the 80s had “thrown up” on the former pro dancer.
What did BBC 2 Strictly host Janette wear?
Janette wore a floral minidress with statement puff shoulders – and it didn’t go down well with all It Takes Two fans.

“Hmm. I do wish #ittakestwo would stop dressing Janette like a kid,” said one viewer.
Another added: “Looks like the 80s threw up on Janette (sorry)!”
However, a third said: “Loving the 80s vibe on this dress! Takes me right back… you looked amazing.”

Fans spot something missing
Others noticed that something was missing from the dress, though.
“Jeanette, where’s all the glitter gone???” they asked.
“Lovely but what happened to your glitter?” asked another of the non-sparkly outfit.

Others knew exactly how they felt about the host’s look, though, and they loved it.
“Janette looking gorge again tonight,” said one.
“Mmm, lovin #Janettemanrara‘s dress!” said a second.
Another clearly wanted to steal the host’s style and said: “”Beautiful 😍 would love to know where the dress is from.”
Strictly spin-off fans deliver Janette verdict
Aside from her brilliant presenting skills on her debut series of It Takes Two this year, Janette’s outfits have caused quite the stir.
The pro dancer clearly has a penchant for sequins, but some viewers have taken to Twitter to admit that Janette looks more suited to dancing than presenting.
They’ve also made comments of concern for the Strictly veteran, who performs her weekly Manrara’s Masterclass dance lesson in sky-high heels.
