James ‘Arg’ Argent has shown off his dance moves, along with his impressive 11 stone weight loss, in an Instagram post alongside Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr.
James posted a video alongside Tom on his Instagram yesterday, and fans were quick to praise him for how good he looked.

The former TOWIE star uploaded the video for his 801,000 followers to see yesterday. The 33 year old captioned it with: “Who’s the greatest dancer? Had to teach my good mate @tommalonejr a few new moves #privatelesson.”
In the video, James, wearing a purple shirt and white trousers, and Tom walk into the frame and shake hands. Removing their sunglasses, Tom and Arg then smirk at the camera.

With Sister Sledge’s The Greatest Dancer playing in the background, the stars spend the rest of the video dancing in the driveway of James’ home.
Arg wiggles his hips, while professional dance choreographer Tom pulls out some impressive moves in the 30-second-long video.
Tom and James are set to appear together in the upcoming show ‘The Real Dirty Dancing’ on E4. It looks like they’ve been getting plenty of practice in before the show airs in 2022.

But it wasn’t Arg’s dance moves that many of his followers were impressed by. A number of James’ fellow reality stars were blown away by the star’s dramatic weight loss. They took to the comments to praise him.

Fans of the 33-year-old Essex native were keen to let the star know how good he looked too.

James ‘Arg’ Argent’s weight loss journey began when the star feared he was going to eat himself to death. At the start of the year, the former TOWIE star weighed 27 stone. He claimed he had been binge eating during lockdown after kicking his cocaine and alcohol habits.
However, the star now weighs around 15st 7lb, after shedding almost 11 stone in seven months.
