With Christmas getting ever closer, there’s a host of funky new flavoured gin liqueurs on the market.
And now, supermarket chain Morrisons has added to its festive drinks range – ‘shimmering’ chocolate orange gin liqueur.

The Best Chocolate Orange Shimmer Gin Liqueur, which comes in 50cl bottles and has an ABV (alcohol by volume) of 20%.
It’s currently selling £10 per bottle in the sale.
The bronze-coloured liqueur has, Morrisons says, “notes of both zesty oranges and velvety chocolate” – a classic festive combination.
The supermarket has also launched three more Yule-themed gin liqueurs: plum, maple and cinnamon, passionfruit, and orange and rhubarb.
Elsewhere, Sainsbury’s is launching sugar plum gin as part of its Christmas range.
With the countdown to Christmas well and truly underway, more supermarkets have unveiled their festive food and drink ranges.
Now, if you’re a huge gin lover, you’re going to want to pick up these two new flavours.
The sugar plum gin is pink in colour with a sweet taste.
The chocolate orange flavour is a bronze colour and has hints of citrus and cocoa.
Both bottles are 50cl and have a 20 per cent alcohol by volume content.

Not to be outdone, Asda has launched four flavoured gins to celebrate everyone’s favourite time of year.
Flavours include toasted marshmallow, which is light pink in colour and “ideal for those who like a sweet drink”.
Asda suggests pairing the gin with prosecco or having it on the rocks.
