TOWIE’s Arg is LITERALLY half the man he used to be – and he’s landed new love!

Amazing what losing a few pounds can do for you

If you can’t gain talent you might as well lose weight. That’s the reality TV rule, right?

Now TOWIE’s James ‘Arg’ Argent is fighting fit and looking super slim after what’s been a pretty tough year that saw him check into rehab.

Now the handsome and happier fella’s apparently “mentally stronger” as well as physically smaller and the transformation has won him a new belle.

There’s a bit of an age gap with Arg being 29 and his rumoured romantic interest Cadah Draper being 20 but what does a few years matter anyway?

Of course, no self-respecting reality TV star would ever consider getting into a relationship when they’re not being filmed so it will come as no surprise that the pair met on Celebs Go Dating.

The cute couple were seen together over the weekend at Capital FM’s Summertime Ball.

“Arg is looking, and feeling, better than ever. It’s not surprising he’s found someone as lovely as Cadah – he’s a really nice guy with a heart of gold,” a source says.

“They met on Celebs Go Dating and while it’s early days, there is definitely a spark between them.

“Everyone is saying how happy Arg is and it’s not surprising when you look at Cadah, she’s gorgeous and has a lovely personality.”

Arg has got lots of support after his brave three months in rehab from fans online who love his new look.

“He doesn’t even look real,” one swooning fan recently commented under an Instagram snap of the reality star.

One person not likely to call herself a fan is Lydia Bright who had an on-off thing with him.

The latest is she’s vowed never to get back with her ex…which probably means she’ll be dating him again by August. Watch out Cadah!

Lydia and the weight loss king saw each other for nearly a ten years before they broke up for good in spring last year.

They have a real habit of getting back together though so there are those expecting another rekindling.

Lydia says: “When we were younger we used to break up and get back together again a lot, but as you get older you harden and you don’t know what you want from life.”

“If you don’t see yourself together, in the future, ending up with someone forever, then you can’t waste your time.”

Okay Lydia, if you say so. Pssst, Cadah, keep those eyes peeled.
