Love Island TOUR announced to save the nation from Love Island withdrawal

Bosses announce a Love Island tour, which is 100% our type on paper

If you’re like most of the UK right now (Us! Us!) you are dreading Tuesday morning and wondering what the hell will happen when Love Island finishes and Kem and Chris are out of your life.

Luckily, bosses know that they can’t just leave us all to go cold turkey – that’s basically irresponsible – and so they’ve fixed up something awesome for us. A Love Island: Unleashed tour, heading around the country in October.

However, there are some issues with this.

Firstly: October! That’s bloody ages away!

Secondly: October! It’s cold then! Think of the frost-bitten butt cheeks! Because there’s no way the girls won’t be in thong bikinis, right? We genuinely aren’t sure we would recognise Liv in a jumper.

Thirdly: Camilla and Jamie might be in Ibiza/ the refugee camp and with the Blazin’ Squad reunion confirmed, will Marcel be available either?

Fourth..ly (possibly not a word): Erm, what exactly will this tour entail? We all saw the talent show. We’re not dealing with the X Factor/ Strictly finalists here. Will they just have massive rows on stage, for our pleasure?

But here is what we know:

The tour will take the core cast, plus some ‘floating favourites’ (Team Theo, if you’re after our input) on a tour around the UK to capitalise on the mammoth success of this series.

Love Island 2017 will be coming to an end on Monday evening but before then either Alex and Montana, Camilla and Jamie or Gabby and Marcel will be going home after being voted for by their fellow islanders.

On the tour, fans will get to ask the gang questions, play some games from the show and – best bit – it’ll all fronted by the funny voiceover guy. That means Caroline Flack won’t be going on the tour.

A source told The Sun: “It’s clear just how big the show had become, so bosses know they’d be silly not to cash in on it.

“Fans can play games and get all the juicy gossip.

“The audience will be able to ask the stars questions and get involved as they play games.

“It’s going to have a Celebrity Juice kind of set up – it’ll be Dream Boys meets Celeb Juice meets a massive hen night. It’s sure to be wild.”

All sounds great but if Kem and Chris don’t rap, we want our money back, FYI.
