Former X Factor star Nicholas McDonald has tied the knot with his girlfriend just days after announcing their engagement.
The Scottish singer, 22, posted snaps to his Instagram giving fans a glimpse at their special day.
One shows the bride, Brandi, posing with a bouquet next to a window that looks onto sweeping views of Chatelherault Country Park, South Lanarkshire.

Another shows the happy couple sharing a kiss on the grounds – Nicky in his grey kilt and Brandi in her flowing white gown.
He captioned the photo: “Well where do I start? There are so many thanks we need to give to everyone who helped myself and my new wife celebrate our wedding day!
“Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who attended from far and wide at our ceremony and reception for your cards and gifts. Your presence was forever grateful.
“Chatelherault House, thank you for allowing us to hold our ceremony and Dalziel Park Hotel for our venue, providing us with your hospitality and [an] evening reception venue.”
He went on to offer thanks to the cake makers, decorator, musicians and others who contributed to their wedding day.
Nicky continued: “A huge thank you to everyone who helped in any way with [the] run up to our big day, there [are] so many to thank! Thank you all once again, much love, Nicky and Brandi.”
His fellow X Factor star, Sam Bailey, posted on Instagram about the wedding before Nicky did, sharing a pic of them and telling the singer she was “proud” of him.

She wrote: “Proud of @nickymcdonald11 on his wedding day!!! Love you and Brandi loads xx.”
Nicky only announced his and Brandi’s engagement on August 31, delighting fans with a photo that showed his fiancée holding out her left hand to show off her engagement ring, the other clamped over her mouth in surprise.
He wrote alongside it: “SHE SAID YESSSS.”

Nicky rose to fame after appearing on X Factor in 2013.
He competed in the 10th series and reached the final, but was beaten to the number one spot by former prison guard Sam Bailey.
