Strictly Come Dancing: Fans vow to BOYCOTT after Mike Bushell is saved again

Viewers getting angry

Strictly fans were up in arms last night (3.11.19) when BBC sports presenter Mike Bushell and his partner Katya Jones were saved AGAIN in the dance-off.

The unlucky couple to be voted off was Viscountess Emma Weymouth and Aljaz Skorjanec.

But fans quickly took to social media to brand the decision a ‘fix’, while some even said they will now ‘boycott’ the show.

Mike, 53, and Katya, 30, danced the Charleston on the main show and received a very respectable 30 points from the judges.

Meanwhile, Emma and Aljaz danced the Samba, which scored them 26.

With both couples in the dance-off, fans were shocked when Emma and Aljaz were unanimously voted off, even though viewers spotted mistakes in Mike and Katya’s dance.

And it wasn’t long before fans took to Twitter to express their fury at the result.

One Twitter user said: “It’s fixed, they made a mistake but still went through.”

“Come on Strictly, we love Mike but Emma and Aljaz were by far the best,” another wrote.

The level of anger went up a notch further with other viewers vowing to boycott the show if Mike is kept in over a ‘better’ dancer next week.

One angry user said: “If Mike and Katya are in the bottom [two] next week and [they] send a better dancer home then I will boycott (Fixtly) Strictly the week after!

“The last chance judges. Get it right!”
