Bookies reveal Chris Ramsey could leave Strictly Come Dancing this weekend

Who do you reckon will be on their way?

Stand up comic Chris Ramsey will be the next celebrity to foxtrot off the Strictly dance floor, according to the betting odds.

The 33-year-old – partnered with Karen Hauer for the BBC One dance show – is the bookies’ fave to leave this weekend, with Sky Bet and OddsMonkey both rating him as 2/9 to go.

EastEnders actress Emma Barton is priced as the second most likely to be chopped at 4/1 with both betting sites – even though one gambling pundit reckons she may not be completely out of the race to win just yet.

Karim Zeroual and Kelvin Fletcher – the two other remaining celebrity semi-finalists – are considered safer bets to make it through to next weekend’s final stage.

Karim, who dances with Amy Dowden, is considered an 8/1 shot with Sky Bet to be eliminated on Sunday night while Kelvin – whose partner is Oti Mabuse – is thought to be the least likely to be on his way at 14/1, also with Sky Bet.

However, OddsMonkey consider them even safer from being voted off by the public and the judges, giving Karim odds of 10/1 to leave and Kelvin a huge 40/1!

Kelvin looks very hard to beat.

Unsurprisingly, given these odds, both sites reckon Kelvin and Oti will romp home to the big win next weekend.

Former Emmerdale star Kelvin is rated at 2/5 (Sky Bet) and 4/11 (OddsMonkey) to claim victory in the 2019 series – with William Hill also pricing him at 4/11.

Karim is second favourite to triumph, at 3/1 (Sky Bet), 9/2 (OddsMonkey) and 9/2 (William Hill).

Emma – who dances with Anton du Beke – is joint second favourite with Karim at William Hill, but third favourite at 5/1 with both Sky Bet and OddsMonkey.

OddsMonkey Peter Watton is reported to have commented: “It is semi-final weekend, and already Kelvin looks very hard to beat – but the public are getting behind Emma and Anton, you can’t ignore that support and now the judges are too after their brilliant 39 last week.

“You can’t overlook the fact Anton and Emma have not yet been in the bottom-two, something only Kelvin and Oti have also avoided – which tells us she does have strong public support and you can’t overlook it.”

Chris, however, is given very long odds of 25/1 to raise the Glitterball trophy if he makes it through on Sunday.

– Week 12 of Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight on BBC One at 7pm
