Summer Monteys-Fullam responds to those I’m A Celebrity rumours

Look away now, Paul!

She split from Great British Bake Off host Paul Hollywood earlier this month and now it’s been reported that Summer Monteys-Fullam is at the top of ITV bosses’ wishlist for this year’s I’m A Celebrity.

With reports that she’s “turned down £125k” to appear and is “holding out for one of the biggest fees” in the show’s history, Summer would most certainly make for interesting viewing.

A source told The Mirror: “Summer knows she’d be TV gold and can all but name her price.”

They added: “If she gets her way, she’ll be one of the highest paid contestants ever.”

Paul and Summer split after she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, banning her from speaking about their relationship.

She also rubbished his claims that she had “courted the paps” during their time together.

However, Summer has broken her silence on her reported jungle visit, claiming she hasn’t even been approached to do the show.

Posting to her Instagram Stories, Summer said: “Morning everyone. Just to set the record straight… I have never contacted or been contacted by the celebrity jungle.”

She added: “Neither have I accepted, received or rejected any offers.”

She ended her post by wishing her followers “a great day”.

Last week, Summer revealed that she was pursuing “legal proceedings” against Paul “in order to obtain vindication” for the “false and highly defamatory statements” he had made about her online since their split.

The latest media storm comes just days before the Great British Bake Off returns to our screens.
