I’m A Celebrity viewers express concern for Dec Donnelly as they spot second injury

He sported another injury earlier this week

Viewers of I’m A Celebrity spotted host Dec Donnelly was sporting a second injury during last night’s episode.

During Sunday night’s launch, the presenter had a burn on his arm and he explained to worried fans that his injury was caused when he burnt himself while sterilising daughter Isla’s dummies.

On last night’s episode, Dec was wearing a plaster on his finger and it got some fans talking.

One person said on Twitter: “@antanddec Dec mate stop with the injuries please, first the burnt arm now you’ve cut your finger?? We worry!!!!”

Dec replied: “So accident prone atm! D.”

Another wrote: “What’s happened to Decs finger? Bless always seems injured. What’s Australia doing to you Dec.”

A third tweeted: “Which finger? He had a bandaid on his left (?) index finger for the launch show, I think. Might still be a blister from his encounter with boiling water.”

A fourth added: “Dec have you hurt your finger sterilising one of Isla’s bottles?”

It comes after viewers asked about Dec’s burn on his arm.

One fan had tweeted during the episode: “Dec – what have you done to your arm? Looks like a nasty injury.”

Dec replied: “Nothing exciting unfortunately. I scalded myself while sterilising Isla’s dummies!”

Meanwhile, during last night’s show, two new campmates were revealed – Andy Whyment and Cliff Parisi.

Call The Midwife star Cliff said in a VT: “[The campmates] are all mates now and I’m going to come in and they’re going to be like, ‘go away.’ Come on you spiders! Come on your crocodiles!”

Andy, who plays Kirk Sutherland in Coronation Street, said: “I’ve got absolutely no survival skills.

“I don’t think I do have any fears or phobias but watch me now when I get in there… I’m going to be [bleep] scared of everything.”
