The former Pussycat Doll singer fell over on the ice last Thursday, during rehearsals with her skating partner Alex Demetriou.
Melody posted a clip of herself holding an ice pack against her chin, and later took to Instagram to show fans her her face, bruised and swollen.
She captioned the photo: "My chin last night!"
Melody's not the only contestant dealing with injuries this week. Gemma Collins also worried fans after last weekend.
The reality star revealed she's been seeing a "top physio" this week, to deal with her various injuries after she fell dramatically flat on her face, while performing to It's All Coming Back To Me Now by Céline Dion.
One of the treatments was clearly uncomfortable as Gemma added the caption: "No pain no gain."
Her boyfriend, James 'Arg' Argent confirmed she was "crying her eyes out" backstage after the fall, and was in pain with knee issues.
He later also confirmed she was having to use a wheelchair, saying: "She’s in so much pain. The swelling around her thighs and knees is horrific, and she’s black and blue all over.
She's clearly on the mend though and has since returned to rehearsals. She even unveiled her "evil" costume in honour of Fairytales Week this Sunday.
Wearing a dramatic black crown and a theatrical red dress, the TOWIE star captioned the sneak peek: "Evil queen tomorrow."
