James Jordan takes on MORE ice in freezing Cryotherapy treatment!

He willingly endured temperatures below zero

You would think James Jordan's had enough of the cold but the Dancing On Ice star subjected himself to sub-zero temperatures in a Cryotherapy chamber today.

The former Strictly star shared hilarious snaps of himself kitted out (in very little) to brave the radical treatment, which exposes clients to temperatures as low as - 85 degrees centigrade and claims to rejuvenate the body.

As he arrived at Cryojuvenate in Kent the 40-year-old told fans on his Instagram stories: "Apparently they're going to make me feel a lot younger. We'll see what happens."

His wife Ola, 34, also went along - mainly to laugh at his "mental" decision!

She said from behind the camera: "I think he's ready for the freezing cold chamber. Looking hot babe."

James replied: "As if I'm not around enough ice at the moment..."

She added: "I know. I don't know what you're doing, you're mental. Absolutely mental!"

James could then be heard yelling "Oh my God!" as he entered the arctic cubicle.

The professional dancer is feeling the wear and tear of his intense DOI training. He has been practising every day on the ice, even packing in extra sessions at his local rink when he can.

James said it "means the world" that viewers are behind his stint on the ITV show, following the criticism that he has an unfair advantage because of his dance experience.
