A Dancing On Ice crew member proposed to his girlfriend shortly before last night’s show.
ITV has shared a clip of Toby, who works behind the scenes on the show, popping the question to girlfriend Patsy in front of the live audience.
In the video, Patsy is seen being invited onto the ice rink by the warm-up man before being given several red roses by some skaters.

Toby is then seen walking onto the ice holding a black box.
Getting down on one knee, Toby presented Patsy with a ring before asking her to marry him.
Of course, she said yes and the audience erupted into cheers and applauds as fireworks went off behind the happy couple.
The show’s official Instagram account shared a photo of the special moment as they revealed the news to fans as it wasn’t shown on air.
The caption read: “SO sweet it practically melted the ice. Before tonight’s show, #DancingOnIce crew member Toby proposed to his girlfriend Patsy.
“And she said YES. Congratulations to you both!”
Fans gushed over the sweet moment as one person – who revealed they were sitting in the audience – commented: “This was so lovely. Glad I was in the audience to see it. Congratulations.”
Another wrote: “Omg! How romantic!! She was not expecting that. Congratulations Guys,” while a third added: “Oh my that is the cutest thing ever.”

During last night’s show, viewers saw contestants Coronation Street actress Jane Danson and former Cricketer Ryan Sidebottom sent home along with their respective partners Sylvain Longchambon and Brandee Malto in a double elimination.
Jane said on the show: “Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity. I wish I could have stayed but I think the right people have gone through. It’s just been the best experience of my life.”
Ryan added: “I’ve been in an amazing competition with some amazing people. I’ve got the best partner I could possibly wish for, so it’s been really cool.”
