Susan Boyle wows fans after Golden Buzzer triumph on America’s Got Talent

She wants a second chance for the win

Susan Boyle has come back to the spotlight with a bang as she received the Golden Buzzer for her performance on America’s Got Talent this week!

The singer, who came second on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, has returned for spin-off America’s Got Talent: The Champions.

She automatically made it through to the finals with her rendition of Wild Horses thanks to judge Mel B, who pressed the infamous gold button for her.

After her triumph, the 57-year-old tweeted: “Truly speechless to have received the Golden Buzzer from @OfficialMelB on #AGTChampions! Hope you all enjoy this performance! See you in the finals!”

She impressed all of the AGT judges, with boss Simon Cowell, 59, telling Susan he was “beyond thrilled” to have her back on the show.

Spice Girl Mel, 43, shared her excitement, tweeting: “I HIT MY #GOLDENBUZZER FOR @SusanBoyle! YIPPEEEEE! #AGTCHAMPIONS”.

The Scottish star was runner-up to dance group Diversity almost ten years ago. Now, she’s hoping to finally bag that win a decade on.

Explaining that this is her “second chance”, she said on AGT: “I’d love to win”.

And fans are thrilled to see her back, too!

After her appearance on the US show, hoards of viewers took to social media to praise SuBo’s return to the limelight.

One tweeted: “Susan Boyle is back👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #AGTChampions #AGT”.

A second added: “9 years later and @SusanBoyle still owns the show. #AGT”.

And a third commented: “Amazing as always @SusanBoyle Good luck for the final! ❤️#Scotland #Legend #Subo #BritainsGotTalent #BGT #AGT”.

Susan, who has sold over 20 million record since she found fame on BGT, will compete in the America’s Got Talent final on 18 February.
