Steps are well and truly back – everyone's favourite cheesy pop group released a new album this year (their first in five years), and they're about to embark on a tour of the UK.
And one person who'll be well and truly ready for all those energetic dance moves is Claire Richards.
When the Londoner appeared on Celebrity Big Brother four years ago, she'd piled on the pounds and looked nothing like the slim pop star who'd sung on the group's hits all those years ago.
But Claire, now 40, has lost a staggering SIX STONE, and flaunted her stunning new figure on yesterday's This Morning.
As the five-piece belted out their new single, Dancing With A Broken Heart, Claire oozed sex appeal in a black fishnet top and red corset. The mother-of-two's weight has fluctuated massively over the years.
After Steps originally split in the early Noughties, she put on around four stone, going from a size 16 to a 20.
I was almost in agony walking down the stairs because my ankles would hurt.
But then she announced that she wanted to get down to a size 12 in time for her 2008 wedding to Reece Hill.
Amazingly, she slimmed down to a size 10 – and later that year released a fitness DVD to help fans achieve similar results.
However, by the time she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2013, she seemed to have put it all back on.
Then, last year, she wowed fans by posting an Instagram pic that showed her back to her slender self – and yesterday's This Morning appearance gave the TV masses the chance to get a closer look at her svelte form.
When she lost the weight last year, she attributed her achievement to walking everywhere.
She told The Mirror: "I don’t want to struggle to run around after my kids. The reality of being big is you have a few more aches and pains.
"In the morning, I was almost in agony walking down the stairs because my ankles would hurt."
While Claire looked undeniably fantastic, not everyone was impressed with Steps' appearance on the ITV show – and some berated them for their cheesy dance moves.
One viewer tweeted: "Watching Steps on #ThisMorning is like watching a middle-aged parent trying to be cool in the car when they give you a lift out."
And another said: "I don't want to see those cringe hand gestures #ThisMorning."
