Holly Willoughby jokes that she “threw Phillip under the bus” during This Morning autocue blunder

They're at it again!

They’re the king and queen of daytime telly, constantly brightening our days thanks to their easy chemistry and laughter.

This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby often erupt into the giggles, and they’ve done it again.

During a segment featuring MasterChef host John Torode on Thursday (June 20), Holly messed up the autocue, which made her lose it.

As she was introducing John, she read from the autocue and began to laugh.

“I’m laughing because I messed up my link so much that I made it up and then stole your line, which you’ve just had to repeat,” she giggled.

“I just threw you under the bus.”

As they both chuckled away, Phil said: “Sometimes you just have to plough on.”

Despite her autocue faux pas, Holly has been busy away from This Morning.

Yesterday (Friday June 21) Holly made an exciting announcement on her Instagram – her next Marks and Spencer edit is coming soon.

Revealing the news with a gorgeous snap of herself, Holly told fans she was “so excited” to share it with them – but said she’s not able to post pictures yet.

Last week, on Father’s Day, penned three emotional tributes to the main men in her life – her dad, her husband and her on-screen sidekick Phillip Schofield.
